recipes to try this fall

Let’s not talk about how I’m super behind on my 52 recipes this year and just talk about how excited I am to try a lot of new delicious food! Basically I have a little over 3 months to try out 36 more recipes and I think it’s totally doable! Here are a few delicious-sounding recipes I’m hoping to whip up this season.

French Bread

Slow Cooker Cinnamon Almonds

Cauliflower Crust Pizza

baked panko mozz balls and creamy tomato soup

Creamy Tomato Soup w/ Mozzarella Balls

Crock Pot Vegetable Soup

Soft Pretzels & Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Baked Doughnuts

Spinach Potato Soup

Mushroom & Pea Risotto

Kimchi Quesadillas

That’s just 10 of the recipes I’m planning on giving a try this season. Do you have any favorite fall recipes? I’m thinking cozy, comfort food, but still vegetarian and relatively healthy. I’d love to hear your suggestions!

  1. That French bread looks heavenly! And all those recipes sound good. I love a good new recipe. My fave fall recipe is chopped butternut squash + mushrooms + sage, with olive oil drizzled on, cooked in the oven for a bit until soft and a little crispy, mixed with tortellini and Parmesan and Gruyere cheese – recipe from Real Simple. It tastes like fall : )
